Sales of Products

On our portal, all prices are VAT included, these are subject to change at any time, for which we are not required to provide neither explanations nor notification . Anyway any changes will be posted on the website.
After the confirmation of the order, the value will no longer suffering any type of variation and will coincide with the price indicated in the summary (unless otherwise written agreements with our Sales Managers ).
The contract intends to be concluded and binding on the parties when SevenLuxury S.r.l. transmits the order confirmation to the email address specified by the customer (at the time of registration on the site).
Payment must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise written agreements defined with our Sales Managers.

Payment and shipment

Time and modality of delivery

The deliveries of the products available can vary from 2 to 5 working days, after the confirmation of payment by our bank. In the event that the product is not available, we will agree the time of delivery with the customer service. Times are due to several factors: the type of goods, the destination and the amount of shipment. Times are approximate and not strictly binding for SevenLuxury S.r.l..
SevenLuxury S.r.l. will not be responsible for the delay in delivery of goods, if the delay depends on circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
At the time of delivery to the customer, the ownership and risk of the goods are transferred.

Payment and billing modality

The total price showed at the end of the order includes shipping charges but do not include customs duties and / or possible additional charges on the sale, required for import in a foreign territory. Any additional burden will be borne exclusively by the recipient.
It is also possible for customers EXTRA EU, the procedure TAX REFOUND.
The methods of payment accepted are: bank transfer, credit card.
The request for billing must be done contextually to the order where required during the checkout. Billing inquiries carried out in the days following the date of acceptance of the order will not be accepted.
In the case of telephone orders, the customer must in all cases submit a written request, reporting data for billing. The document will be sent later to the applicant in digital form via email.

Customer’s Obbligations

The Customer undertakes to communicate during the registration correct, truthful and complete data about: personal and tax information (fiscal code and / or VAT number), personal contact details, other information useful to the order.
The customer will pay the price of the purchased products and he/she will keep a copy of the purchase confirmation sent by SevenLuxury S.r.l. to him/her mailbox.

Warranty

Right on withdrawal

The customer is entitled to cancel the contract within 14 days from when the good is delivered to the address indicated in the purchase order, Legislative Decree No. 50 of 15/01/1992 as amended.

The withdrawal right is denied in the case of items ordered especially by the customer, or custom-made.

The company reserves the right to check the integrity of the object.
The postage and packaging are charged to the customer.
The customer can:

  • Require the replacement of the product;
  • Request a refund of the price of the product;
  • Request a voucher equivalent to the amount paid, to be used later.

Law and Jurisdiction

The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws.
For any dispute arising under the contract or related to it the court of Rome has the exclusively competence.

Privacy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree. N ° 196/2003 which states that by filling the contact form (e-mail), or by sending your personal information, the customer authorizes the company SevenLuxury S.r.l. to the processing of their personal data.
